Walton Future Leaders Program
Our Future Leaders Programme is a 12-month development programme planned to flaunt enterprising and ambitious minds to our family of WALTON and mold them into the leaders of the future.
With this, the biggest program of Walton, WFLP came to an end and we found the leading faces of our future.
Thriving Interns
Aptitude Test
For our flagship internship program, we received more than 10,000 CVs. Graduates from various disciplines including CSE, EEE, LLB applied for the program and we chose 144 participants for the first ever online assessment conducted by Walton on the 4th of December, 2021.
Case Presentation
Only 79 survived and fought on the Case Presentation round on 14th of December, 2021. They were divided in to groups prior to the presentation for a common goal, to join Walton as an Intern. Each group was given 10 minutes for the presentation and 6 minutes for Q/A session. This evaluated their leadership and teamwork skills. Though Case presentation round is hard itself, the virtuality of the whole event made it harder.
Interview Session
Total 56 aspirants were selected for the Interview Session held on 20th December, 2021. They faced 4 judges in each of the boards, all virtually and were asked questions about their aspirations in life, why they wanted to work for Walton and most importantly what thrives them.
Final Joining
At the end of this long virtual journey, total 22 Thrivers were selected to join our team of experts in Walton. They are working directly with the Chief Business Officer of all Walton products, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer to get a complete grip of the Business and a taste of the corporate culture.
What is Thrive in Three?
Thrive in three is a 3-month long program designed for the interns recruited to get a holistic idea of Walton and the E&E industry. Working directly with the head of departments, they will know more ins and out of the business and have an upper hand than their peers already.
Thrive in Three over Regular Internship
Regular interns mostly don’t get the opportunity to work with the big shots of the industry. Our thrivers will know how to run a successful E&E company. Their job will be adventurous with new tasks assigned each day and not confided in writing reports and taking minutes from meetings.
