Aptitude Test

Aptitude Test

Among the 5000+ CVs submitted for our Quality Maestros, only 180 were called for the initial aptitude test held on 27th August,2021 in our corporate office located in Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka. The questions were set by our beaming Quality Assurance and Quality Control Team. Our aspirants were tested with great scrutiny through brain-teasers, puzzles and all-inclusive quality control questions to find the best fit for our Quality Management team in Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

Case Presentation

Case Presentation

The Case Presentation round was held on 30th August, 2021 and attended by 69 of the prevalent examinees. Groups of 5/6 were created and teaming up with strangers was another challenge our heroes fought. Each team had 1 hour to solve a case and present it in front of our proficient judges. They were also asked questions afterwards depending on their presentations.

Bootcamp

After the case presentation round, our project directors decided to calm the contestants’ nerves through a bootcamp starting with a meditation followed by an interactive icebreaking session. Afterwards, they were given a number of flawed electronic goods to sell to the audience and bring out their ability to present and convince with efficiency at making quick calls.

Withstanding our sharp-eyed Quality Management wasn’t easy and only 42 faced the personal interview. Our contestants faced boards of 5 on September 2nd, 2021 and were judged on each of their movements, how they presented themselves and what WALTON meant to them.

Final Joining

Final Joining

Finally, only 22 were selected after all this scrutiny and they joined our prestigious team of Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Through their hands, each of our refrigerators, compressors, home and kitchen appliances get the mark of approval to be sent to our customers.

Our maestros are maintaining, monitoring and ensuring highest quality standards and have been troubleshooting and resolving problems relating to quality control aspects since the day they joined our team. Leading, directing and assisting technical and professional staff is their everyday assignment.
